AMRI taken private by Carlyle/GTCR for $21.75/sh in cash—a 52% premium to the closing price on 4/7/16, when AMRI disclosed that it was in play:

AMRI shareholders will vote on the deal, but it appears to be a fait accompli. The nominal deal value is $922M.
