Moelis or a future plan, it's go time. As in go to the table time. Why wouldn't a big holder of Common take such a deal? A Common Holder with an established claim may negotiate a settlement but otherwise little fish get eaten by big fish, life in the foodchain...
No court in the land will award equitable damages nor any other to a holder who bought at $2.60 and got offered $7.95ish.
