Thought this was an intelligent post and quite cogent. For those of you that may have missed it on that overcrowded HRC board.

I predict:

1) that the REALLY good news is yet to come
2) those who day trade HLSH now will eventually get left behind, and will be consummed by regret, remorse, and self loathing (those words BTW are very familiar to compulsive gamblers - and well understood by some on this board).

Today's news is just the first half of the first of four chunks of good news.

1a - payoff all past due interest (with bondholders concurrence - does not fix default)
1b - according to Bryan, & before the end of Aug, HS will payoff or extend 4/1/03 bonds (does not fix default but does remove one more large rock from the road)

2) Bryan says forensic audit wil be done before end of Sept. When this cleansed Balance Sheet is published, I believe all technical default conditions are satisfied. (default cured, and another crushed rock)

3)... and HLSH can then be relisted on an actual stock exchange. May be in two parts: a) apply for relisting
b) actual escape from the hell-hole of trading on the pinks (look for a big run-up here as funds and indexes trample everyone and everything to put HS back into their portfolios)

Don't count on 2, 3a and 3b to take much time. I think Bryan has all those skids greased.

If you try to call these peaks/valleys and sell on the run-ups, you may end have to do a Wiley Coyote drop-jaw as the HS Roadrunner hyper-accelerates over the horizon - JMHO.

4) Bryan said that the final audit work completes 2/3Q 2004. That audit will establish real Balance Sheets for all the prior years, and more importantly, will reconstruct the actual P&L Statements that quantify the actual operating results that got us from one Balance Sheet to the next. Those P&L's thus define the actual Tax liability for each of those years and are the basis for applying for the $300 milion tax refund estimated to be due HS - almost all of it will drop directly to the bottom line.

Soooo, we just got the 1a good news today. Much more to come. Trade at your own peril.
The volumes will explode during news events 1-4, and the few shares that we trade here won't make one ripple in the price movements.
