Respectfully, I strongly disagree with your sentiments. In my opinion, I think your sentiments are way too negative that you have delivered. I think you are focusing far too much on AMS with BLDV because you insinuate as if AMS is going to be long term and that everything else they are doing is going to rest with what happens with AMS. I disagree on both accounts. As for BLDV, you seemed to have totally forgot about and have not mentioned Eltron R&D or Cannabis Clean or their other $12 million real estate deal in Michigan or their Vodka piece within the company or quite a few other things of importance to note that I will remind you about throughout this post. First though, let’s get to the AMS deal.
** The #1 reason why we all buy any stock is because of its ”potential” for growth and gains. BLDV has many coals in the fire that warrants huge ”potential” for growth and gains. AMS is one of a few coals in the fire. Technically speaking, it could be considered that the recent growth in BLDV is from other achievements aside from AMS considering that some have been knowing about AMS since 2014. Don’t get me wrong… AMS is a very powerful project, but you speak as if it’s the only project because it appears to be new only to you and a select few others. Again… BLDV has many coals in the fire that warrants huge ”potential” for growth and gains.
** Just because you call Health Canada or any other organizations or entities and they don’t give you the ”finite” information that you are searching for, does not mean that nothing on such a significant level is not already in the works or must not exist. I’m telling you this for a reason. I’m fine if you choose not to believe such and wait for further confirmation from the company. Please understand… when you call asking for specific information… they are not supposed to give you specific information.
** The July 2018 date is for ”recreational” marijuana in Canada and is not going to have the significance for BLDV that you are assuming. What BLDV is doing is within the ”medical” marijuana confines and rules. Please correct me if I am wrong… I believe the medical marijuana programs still are ongoing and currently exists within Canada.
As for the Steps that AMS is at and those incorrect timelines that you have posted from someone, I’m not sure where they came from. I do apologize in advance if I had said anything that could have caused any confusion. Here’s what I previously posted below…
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131349400
As for the Stages or Steps regarding where AMS is at with moving forward... AMS is at Step 6 of 7. They still need the building to be inspected which needs to be finished being built (primarily the infrastructure) which is expected to be done by Sep 2017; all the required permitting is expected to be done and approved in June 2017. Then AMS will have carry out their first 2 grow cycles (done two weeks apart) to have inspected before a final marijuana license will be issued for cultivation.
As for your thoughts and inquiries regarding any government communication, I suggest you stick with what the company has PR-ed. Below is what BLDV put in a PR with regards to their connection or communication with Health Canada and the Israeli Health Ministries, Cannabis Unit:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=25300
“Regulatory Compliance is key, we will now start to coordinate our efforts with Health Canada, and the Israeli Health Ministries, Cannabis Unit.”
To further add… no offense to you or anyone here within the forum, but per the BLDV PR below is why I would take what Jonathan Alper, the newly added Director of BLDV, and his experience and expertise over what anyone here within the forum thinks or believes…
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLDV/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures--Inc--Expands-Governing-Board-?id=157865&b=y
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=25300
Mr. Alper will be meeting with government officials, and current & prospective clients to fully understand the logistics of importing/exporting cannabis products to and from Israel. “I have done business in Israel for over 40 years” said Alper “Regulatory Compliance is key, we will now start to coordinate our efforts with Health Canada, and the Israeli Health Ministries, Cannabis Unit”
Now let’s talk about some of the other things that BLDV has going on besides AMS. Again… it could be debated that the recent price increase in BLDV has been because of other things going on besides the AMS piece. Maybe not, but one definitely can’t ignore the other ventures BLDV have going on. Remember, there are two $12 million funding projects and not just one with AMS. Read below from an earlier post…
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131727767
Campeese, with the Two $12 Million in Funding Projects...
The $12 Million in funding that BLDV is in the process of securing for AMS is 100% non-dilutive. This was mentioned in some earlier PRs.
Also, I think it should be noted that the other $12 Million in funding that was mentioned in another PR is a separate $12 Million deal/project that is from their Michigan Cannabis Real Estate Project that is based on the model of Innovative Industrial Properties of using Triple Net Leases, Medical Focus, etc. Innovative Industrial Properties trades on the NYSE at $17.00+ per share under the ticker of IIPR which could be a good company to "compare and contrast" the Michigan Cannabis Real Estate Project of BLDV to (only this portion or project of BLDV):
Important to note... both deals are 100% non-dilutive to shareholders.

Here are some of the other BLDV ventures of which I was mentioning earlier...
Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. Outlines Operational Strategies for 2017
DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Apr 26, 2017) - Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PINK: BLDV) recently changed their fiscal year-end to December 31 from June 30 to match the schedule of the operating business units. "One year ago, we initiated a collaborative partnering strategy across all of our businesses," says Joshua B. Alper CEO of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc., who has just finished his first year in the CEO role. "The fiscal change gives me a chance to do another year-end review," says Alper. "Although our numbers are public, it helps to review previous news, provide updates, and clarify a few things."
Michigan Cannabis Real Estate
Blue Diamond has adopted an approach to the Cannabis Real Estate that is based on the model of Innovative Industrial Properties of using Triple Net Leases, Medical Focus, and Public Share involvement, but with some important differences. Innovative Industrial Properties trades on the NYSE at $17.00+ per share:

The Fund is expected to raise approximately $12 Million USD and the average size of a completed lease-back project is expected to be under 50,000 square feet. In addition, the Fund will focus on a specific area of Southwest Michigan that remains the largest non-citrus fruit growing and processing area in the country but has lost all industry and jobs. Plans include an estimated twelve projects, along the Route 12 corridor from New Buffalo to Niles, MI. This project is expected to provide economic growth and much needed jobs for this region. Blue Diamond is working with several municipalities, with several projects in the planning stage and discussions with potential lessees are underway.
Michigan Plant Technologies LLC (MPT) (100% wholly owned subsidiary)
MPT continues to acquire licenses and distribution contracts for national and regional brands in the Cannabis Space. The result of data collected through the test marketing and multiple focus groups have led to a new look and feel to the packaging. Olde Imperial Mystic Vodka winning a Gold Medal in their first entry for Taste is just not enough for the competitive world of Vodka. Packaging and position in the market continue to be the determining factors. "The total package is now in place," says Ken Teknus, manager of Now Brands, and a consultant to Blue Diamond. Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. announces Strategic Partnership
Eltron R & D and BLDV join forces to make an ImPAAct(TM) (PAA) in the Cannabis Industry
DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - May 26, 2017) - Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PINK: BLDV) today announces a strategic partnership with Eltron Research & Development of Boulder Colorado, the creators of the ImPAAct™ Peracetic Acid Generator. Eltron R&D specializes in Material Sciences and adds considerable strength to BLDV on multiple levels.
Cannabis-Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, will work closely with Eltron R&D to roll out the PAA. "This is an exciting new offering; Peracetic Acid is widely used in Cannabis and other industries," said Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV. "The generator is a Patented Device, the only one of its kind, that makes the PAA product on site, on demand."
Steve McMorrow, President of Cannabis-Clean, said, "We are getting up to speed quickly; this agreement gives us the exclusive for the Cannabis Industry in Colorado with a commitment to define expansion to include a partnership for the entire USA." On June 1st, 2017 Cannabis-Clean will be relocating its operations to the Eltron R&D facility in Boulder. "The ImPAAct™ product has really defined our expansion strategy," continued McMorrow. "We have been working with Eltron for 6 months to put this together, and it gives us a sustainable competitive advantage." The new Peracetic Acid Generator has already been approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture for use in Cannabis Facilities.
BLDV has been named the Representative of Eltron for Israel and Canada and will be facilitating the licensing of the PAA technology in those countries. Blue Diamond Ventures will also use the expertise of Eltron to help achieve the goal of bringing Targeted Cannabis Therapies from Israel to the USA and to Canada as part of the previously announced venture with AMS of Hanover, Canada.
"Eltron R&D provides the laboratory space, the chemists and the material scientists that complete the needs of our partners in Israel," says Josh Alper. "I will be back in Israel next week to finalize our first technology sharing agreements." BLDV will be moving their corporate headquarters into the Eltron space in Boulder in July 2017, joining Cannabis-Clean as part of the agreement.
About BLDV:

http://www.eltronresearch.com/
The IMPAACT ?on-site peracetic acid generator provides PAA mixtures with flexible pH ranges (from 2- 13) and for point of use applications (from single digit ppm to 30,000 ppm PAA concentrations).
Although dosage requirements for industrial grade bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) and PAA are applied at a similar rate, PAA does not require a dechlorination step because PAA is an effective broad spectrum biocide that avoids formation of halogenated disinfection byproducts. Eltron Water Systems has 1 patent
and 2 patents pending.
“We have spent over a decade on the research and development of this water technology and now that we have secured these two requirements with the FDA and EPA, we are aggressively entering the market,” said Eltron Water Systems President Paul Grimmer, “We look forward to providing a cheaper and more green product to both PAA end-users and suppliers for their anti-microbial needs.”

To state that you are recognizing that BLDV is a long term deal is completely wrong in my opinion and we will just have to agree to disagree. I think BLDV is a short, mid and long term stock. There is much that you are truly ignoring. I won’t go into much more details of trying to convince you, but I will simply post these recent PRs below from BLDV for those to review to have as a basis for making their own to decision to see why I disagree:
