The end game will be interesting...

I always assumed National Security would NEVER just let some group pick up and control PS Targeting

I always assumed there will be Military / National Security use....of PS Targeting ....and commercial use and that looks like they are trying to figure out how to appease several groups and maybe also set up future analysis on what it all means when the average age increases by 10-20 years

Does this mean the manufacturing is locked down and then....which explains possibly....possibly why Avid is allowed to expand and soon....PROFIT

Give current and longtime shareholders their due....

Control and monitor all PS Targeting activities after and there are ways to make it work out....(but please don't play stupid with landscapers and have some Network come out and call Bavi a placebo or it failed in any way.....as I and many others don't and will never buy that storyline..)

NASDAQ can no way refuse an extension and now all should think back on all the PRs ....gray and stealthy borderline ....there was always someone pulling the strings behind the scenes I would say

I don't blame them ...national security ...but Let's just stop the foolishness of sub $1 pps... and making me spend too many hours on all of this.....
