Why does the 10k Balance Sheet state the a/s is still 100m but yet o/s is 314m??

The a/S was changed last April to 1 billion

This is the type of stuff which makes me question the shares again. I noticed this earlier, but yet this problem still exists.

And I'm reminded of the email from the lawyer which clearly states o/s was approx 700m

Any thoughts ?
