Nice Job on USRM!. If you look at this DOLV chart you will see just by watching the ChiOsc's, ADX, RSI and Especially the CCI's you would have been able to get in to DOLV Very Safely right around 2:30pm at .088 and sell an Hour Later at 3:30pm for .108 to .11 making a very quick .02 to .022 Cents which is a pretty nice return for less than an hour and all you had to do was follow this chart, Very EZ and Very Accurate

If you Bought in the 1st Hour you would be stuck in it all day as it looked like it was going to take off but didn't and you would have had your money wasting away for an Entire Day missing out on other Opportunities while sitting quietly in this stock until it finally moved at 2:30pm.
