The company is progressing in the right direction, both on the product and courtroom fronts. Coming out from under JnJ's wrath is a really big deal.
The problem I believe is that, along with impatience, we tend to compare any progress with that of larger more established companies; when what we should be doing is comparing the progress of DECN to other companies on the pink sheets...because, well, that's what DECN is as the moment.
Everything else aside, the revenue is growing, the courtroom battles are in their favor currently. Are there issues? Sure, every company has them, and pink sheet companies tend to have more than most.
I just look for continuous progress. Not thru the last 20 years, but from the point where I expected to start seeing progress. That point, for me, was when they were able to defeat JnJ in court and freely sell their product.
From that point, they've done well...but of course it takes time.
And if one is impatient, then more time = more frustration.
