I look at it as a scam, plain and simple....

Just exactly the same as someone knocking on your door, with a crew and sign on the truck door, and asking if you would like your barn roof painted..

Then they take the material money and disapear.. Dont even make an attempt.

Happens all the time to the older and not so older folks around here.
