If the formation of a new "Parent" corporation (NSAV Holding, Inc.) was to avoid debt owed by their new "subsidiary" (Net Savings Link, Inc.), and after the fact, that could be considered as "Fraud" in court which would allow note holders to "Pierce the corporate shield" of NSAV Holding, Inc. and hold them responsible for their debt.
