Millions of millions shares by himself is again baseless+not sure whether you were aware of the lawsuit against this little company by J&J. The defendants own people are saying that they could have made close to $200mn in revenues if J&J did not prohibit them from the market by using its scale and power on the pharmacy chains which are being sued as well. Do you think the judges would bring the case to this level if there was no fair point? It is easy to sue him and others, facts will prevail and whatever the chairman is given by the stock options, he will be rewarded at the end.
