Dear shareholders, followers and consumers I am happy to announce I have completed my due diligence and I am now the Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Electronics Group Inc. I have appointed Juan David Perez Schile, Chief Executive Officer and John Naisbitt has been appointed to the Board of Directors. I will be working closely with them over the next several weeks updating our financials, getting current on OTC and updating shareholders. We will be changing the name to Cacique Mining Inc., and entering the mining industry using a green approach to mining. In addition we will be working in conjunction with Inca Worldwide ( QED Connect Inc.) to grow Inca Seeds (Sacha Inchi) in the areas next to our mining projects and to secure funding through USAID and other sources. Most of the funding will be going to Inca Worldwide (QEDN), however, a portion will be going to Cacique Mining (GEGI), enough to execute our plan in Cacique Mining.
