XsunX plans to begin marketing and sales efforts later this year. To that end we are currently preparing plans associated with these efforts which will include marketing materials providing specifics in regards to your questions and requests for additional information. As a publicly reporting Company we are required to share all pertinent information with the markets prior to disclosing the same information privately. Because of this requirement we unfortunately can not provide you with specifics beyond what we have already provided publicly prior to the release of our marketing materials to the public. Below is a list of the various specifics that we have previously released. General Information:

1. Semi-Transparent a-Si based thin film solar cell.

2. Large area monolithically integrated solar cell structure on thin film plastic or other substrates.

3. Approximately 4% conversion efficiency at 70% transmisivity (transparency). Note: Transparency and conversion efficiency can be either increased or decreased based on the required specifications of the application.

4. Polyethylenenapthalate, or PEN based thin film platics used as substrate.

5. Manufacturing process is via multi-chamber vacuum deposition incorporating patented reel-to-reel cassette systems for the use of rolled substrates.
