Read this from the DK transcript of recent CC question section. ALDW was the subject and what will happen when DK acquires the remainder of the Alon stock before July 1.
This could easily become a mirror of what happened in the north to a very similar cash cow... single refinery MLP. Lets hope they don't underpay the investors as was the case there.

The second one, ALDW. ALDW, our Big Spring is a great asset, I'm not surprised obviously with the result that Big Spring is delivering. We set it all along that once the differentials in West Texas worldwide as well as the wholesale margin will increase and we see it in DKL West Texas margins as well. Big Spring will do very well.

ALDW, that depends on the yield, and obviously we show the market that we have patience. So if it makes sense to our shareholder will look at that, if it's not will continue with the structure. And we believe that this is very good asset. I want to be clear though. I don't believe and having four public companies, four refineries. So that will need to change, but as we all said and we waited for two years to complete the Alon transaction. We have time and patience and we need to make sure that we create the right value for our shareholders, and I'll leave it to that

The shareholders he is talking to and about there are DK shareholders..... hmmm it looks like an implication of what will likely become a sought after asset and cash producer for DK. At current prices we will get less than half a share of DK and those shares produce 15 cents a quarter or around 2%.
As with the Western deal... No thank you, good bye. He is basically saying it won't happen right away so we should get the August distribution but the better it is the more likely it is swallowed in the future by DK is what I read into it.
