I was asking did we have proof that FINRA actually denied the split, or are we just under the assumption that this is what happen?

No matter if BLDV cancelled it on their own, or it was denied, I think both were good.

I just wanted to know if there was some sort of confirmation it was denied, or was this just a best guess?

It's fine if it is a best guess and we don't have actual proof.
