Website doing a scheduled system maintenance, has it been like this for awhile?

I looked at it right after name/ticker change but can not recall if this was there or not.
I had also looked up Jaimie Melendres in Philippines and found a few of them that might fit the bill for new CEO.

So it was a legit company though based on the financials posted under the 2nd link up from this sentence, it was not making any money. So here it is now on the otc. I think this is the beginning of an old fashioned super pump, though it could be a good while before they are ready to pump it up. Have to line up the b/s puff pieces and also bring it down so friends and family can load it up. Watch for a flush on large volume as the sign to enter/add bigly. All in my humble opinion
