if its as if you say: and i'm not saying that it is or is not. then someone sure wants the share price to fall. That does not make any sense to me as they could not buy any shares at prices lower the they are now. so they would not make any money. so why pay 30k for a pump that does nothing.... I would have to agree he must be diluting the share structure again. just don't understand why they would settle for pennies when dimes where way possible. something just don't add up that's why i'm holding.
