Sometimes we have to think outside the box, sometimes we are too smart for our own good. The funding could come in the form of a partnership. Such as investor A or A & B steps to the plate with $12MM in hands and say here is the funding you seek for 10% of the company. Wallahhhhhhh, there you go.
Remember you are not the brightest star in the bunch, many others shine brighter than you do. There are some very smart and creative investors out there. Trust me, I could present you various forms that you would never understand.
I've been around some financial folks who have bailed out some big honchos in Florida during the R.E. down turn around 2007- 2010. It's amazing how they have done it but yes they have done it and it works. This one guy was head of the bailout in the 80's I believe and he came up with a scheme to buy up condos and lease back with a profit after year 2.
Alper is no fool, he knows what he is doing. Eltron would not do business with them if they didn't think what he is doing would work. He had to reveal to them how he's going about getting the funding before they put their name on the dotted line. Hell Eltron could very well be the ones ponying up the funds for the built out.
