A long destructive history of trying to stop free will, but the money still flows. It seems an honest open market might put the money flow through a better public view.

Good money over bad money?

Take away the illegal trade by allowing a fair open market.
Easier said than done, I guess. The money flow does not like disruption. It seems a lot of people/groups benefit from the huge illegal market.

Looks like some positive "science" on marihuana and epilepsy. It is only the beginning.
