I have a solution to the Russian hacking. Both Russia and the USA should sign a treaty to not interfere in each other's elections. The USA has been notorious for interfering in elections all over the world, including in Russia repeatedly, in the Ukraine, Montenegro, Venezuela, Haiti, Lebanon, to name a few, but many more..

Both parties should make a pact not to interefere in each other's elections but still have the opportunity to jigger around with other countries. I think that's fair.
