Hope this case goes to a court with a presiding judge that has some knowledge of what the heck an NSS is .

And I never saw a link to a judge specifically saying " NO NSS EXITS WITH IN TECOS SHARES STRUCTURE " ... Lots of noise

It's indisputble that Henry Klein, not even Treaty's attorney had some motions dismissed due to lack of evidence to proceed.

I never saw a link of Andrew Kramer's, Treaty's attorney motions that was dismissed, only that he settled without admitting guilt DOH !
