Do u even know the process of getting a cert from the T/A? If u do, please post it. Also, if one got their cert, what would they do with it? Obviously, any online broker is not going to accept it. Being grey sheet, no broker will accept it for deposit and no clearing firm will clear it.

But if one wants a table mat, they can get one.
