You, my friend, are absolutely correct. The "Blue Water Bar & Grill" never got completed. It got renamed "The Mermaid Bar" after being part of BLUU, then BWBG, & now TGRR. The rum is real, I actually drank some when it was called Blue Water Rum. I had both bottles (Ultra Premium & Spiced) and they most certainly got me drunk. A week before the "grand opening," J. Scott Sitra announced a cease and decist on operations and declared bankruptcy. He had so many "Series A Preferred Shares" that shareholders like me were left with NOTHING. Investors were led on by facebook updates featuring a building that would never and still has never been completed. This is the youtube channel, see for yourself.
