Unless you're an insider, you don't know for a fact that this is what Q1 will be or contain.

Q1 won't be audited, and revenues will be less than $20k, running at a net loss. Probably only a few thousand bucks in cash, 4.5 billion shares outstanding, and convertible debt likely still well over $800k.

But your hypothesis is very much appreciated.
