No matter, the SEC is and has been made fully aware that another branch prosecuted and jailed former death spiral lenders who were convicted of fraud.
This of course was prior to treaty , and there absolutely would have been an effect on the stock price and share structure had they been involved in the practice.
And by the way the only people who would absolutely know if they were screwing with the shares (selling fake ones) would be the people doing it.
So neither you or I can say anything with100% surety.
I only bring up the subject because of the platinum partner deal.
They didn't get a slap...
The principals got 20 years so while it's not a madoff deal it was fairly significant.
