But...only needs a $200k influx to get it started making $$$. Pretty sure the "contacts" are already there...just need to fire it up. Once the IT work on the website is properly networked within the state...the overhead should be very low, so margins should be very high. And I believe he said this is the first of it's kind...so that's a feather in our cap. :)
