If you ever want to take a trip down Bad Memory Lane (Or Freddy Krugers street, can't recall it's name right now) look at Mortgage Lender Implode O Meter, the chart at the bottom of home page has a running tally as they were dropping. I remember looking at it everyday starting around Thanksgiving 2006, it was brutal seeing it play out day after day, week after week. There was allot of bad actors in the industry, but allot of good regular people were losing jobs left & right.
