It cost $$$ for an audit. My guess is they decided to spend the money on near beach front property in Southern California, instead of cheap space in Bakersfield and pay the auditor to stay in business.
Trust me, I have been to Bakersfield too often, and I don't know why anyone would want to live there, but sometimes it takes sacrifice to build a business. Clearly this team didn't want to do so.
