1. What exactly are they getting from Air Cuba for a million dollars? Does Air Cuba have assets? Is there an actual operating business? There has been no activity on their FB page for nearly 2 years.

2. How are they going to raise $1,000,000 to pay for it? If it's by shares, that's a lot of shares at .0003 -0005. That's around 3B+ by my calculation assuming the price stays steady.
