Yesterday's findings help us have a better understanding of ZYMJ:

1. Both delivered cars and listing on ataoh.com of JB Group prove that the production is going on.
2. These are low speed electric cars judging from the appearance and price range.
3. The low speed EV is new to us shareholders. This is another revenue stream unknown to us before. It could have bigger market than taxi EV.
4. The new government policy favors our position in the market.

The Chinese government defines low speed electric car as a simple four-wheel vehicle with maximum speed not more than 80 kmph and range not less than 80 km. It gains popularity in villages, towns, small cities at county level where road condition does not accommodate high speed driving. It cause traffic problems and congestion in crowded places. There are some restrictions in some parts of country to allow this type of cars on the road.

Starting June 1, the restriction of low speed electric cars will be lifted: http://www.igeek.com.cn/2/20170518/news_710548.html.

This is great news for ZJMY. We don't know the range specification of these cars, with their battery technology, the range could exceed other competitors's.

The government realizes that in coming ten years, low speed electric vehicles will be the mainstream in electric vehicle market, and still will be great supplement to the electric vehicle market in following ten years. https://baijiahao.baidu.com/po/feed/share?wfr=spider&for=pc&context=%7B%22sourceFrom%22%3A%22bjh%22%2C%22nid%22%3A%22news_3852305609311622628%22%7D

Beijing debuted the first electric vehicle charging infrastructure planning and design standard: To build 2000 more charging piles in Beijing, to have 20% parking spots equipped with charging connector, and to standardize charging pile in order to accommodate the need of increasing numbers of low speed electric cars. http://www.zhuodingedu.com/jzgc/jzs1/ksdt/8778.html

The sales of low speed EV in China was 700,000 units in 2015, and reached 1,200,000 units in 2016. The trend is expected to continue.

Department of Industry and Communication approved the "Technical Road map to China Electric Vehicle Standardization". http://www.igeek.com.cn/2/20170518/news_710548.html
