TO ALL AV STOCKHOLDERS:
WHO WANT THE TRUTH, I'VE REPOSTED MY EARLIER LETTER SO YOU CAN READ IT NOW, WITHOUT PREJUDICE. I MUST STATE THAT THE FOLLOWING IS MY OPINION, BUT I AM READING THE SAME FILING YOU ARE:

THE TRUTH, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

For highway robbery fees, Lyons created the last two $600k quarters by relinquishing their "lock-up" on the receivables. Now that they've finally had it with tg and his antics (antics which may have been totally justified - I don't know what "quality-assurance problems mean or the extent of the damage, they have taken product delivery offline, or so it would seem), now the "real" accrued sales are showing. A little lighter than we were led to believe, no?

Lyons is no different than the financiers in this company. Always paying Peter to pay Paul. Well, now that Peter's finished playing the game, they've got to find a new Paul. And this could take months. Problem is, if they don't deliver on reorders with Albie's, they'll get dropped like a hot potato, and their slotting fees will be forfeited for the umpteenth time in the last four years. If this happens, and I don't see how AV can get a backup bottler online so fast, AV will once again have no delivery and no financing for production. Back to square one, years later, with another $1.5-2mm in stockholder equity down the drain and the need to raise capital yet again with too low a stock price and a r/s a real option again.
