ok budddddyleee was wrong. i still had none and think there is some money to be made here. i am surprised at all the bad news in the release. maybe everyone is trying to get in low for better news next quarter. this makes me think ralph's and good numbers are automatic next quarter.

thank god for wells fargo or countrywide for having a lien on my property. i am getting a cashout of 30k on a refi and i had intended to sink 10k into this pos. whew i guess i should apologize to them now they saved my butt. i woulda been in at .13.

again anyone not holding who has been watching from the sidelines think this would be a good play at .05 if and when it gets there? u longs here with DD experience how longs until the hammer falls. can i roll this from .05 to .08 a few times???!!
