With the aim of preserving an uninterrupted supply of product in the U.S., Elite Pharmaceuticals (OTCQB:ELTP) acquires the ANDA for antidepressant trimipramine maleate from Mikah Pharma, LLC.
Epic Pharma will manufacture per its current agreements with Mikah. Dr. Reddy's Labs (NYSE:RDY) will market.
The U.S. market is ~$2M.
