IMO, they have stated this already in past PRs as they are expanding their products. The medtainer is still very much popular just look at their instagram for proof but in order for them to continue growing they obviously have to diversify. Hence the reasons for an acquisition and stepping into other CBD products. This industry has a lot of different paths for a company to take advantage of.
