We had a good talk.
If this is the real Dr. Mensah, the post I am responding to is a bit misleading.
The CSHD AISS deal is definitely NOT DEAD at this time or in 5 days.
I wanted to confirm the information in the post and that was it.
Buy the way he is aware of this message board.
I think he may read this post so I will be brief and respect his interests.
There were things in the conversation that made me question if this was Dr. Mensah.
This was a 10:30ish phone call. He answered right away and was very helpful. We talked for some time. He noticed that I was calling from Georgia. I told him that I had a large amount of shares in this stock and was considering selling all of them tomorrow morning. We discussed the recent mess in the postings on this board and the Paltalk fiasco.
He said that Rufus has sent some people to talk with him to resolve the issues. The main issue is money. They are working on it. He did not state or agree with the posters statement of a 5 day deadline or a 10 min payment. They are in discussions to resolve that issue and move forward.
I am convinced that If that was the real Dr. Mensah that the deal is not dead at this time and I doubt that it will be dead. It doesn't make since to wait 12 months and end everything in 5 days. Does it?
He was concerned that I may be a reporter, I guess it was how I asked and what I asked. He wanted my full name and I gave it as was only right to do.
I will leave out the question marks that I was left with as I did not speak with this person face to face or at his office, but on a cell phone. Cell phone.
I don't still do not plan on selling anytime soon. I do not believe the crap that has been posted on this board. I would not believe any of the junk posted here over the last month plus. I would never have made that call on any stock I have ever owned, but this stock is different. The amount of shady DD posted here is tremendous.
I do not believe Bart or whatever his name is. We may have talked to the same guy at the same cellphone number, but we did not get the same response. I was on a speaker phone while talking. Bart has already told you that he should not be trusted by his actions. I have watched this board for a long time and there are many Barts here.
You should believe only the DD you do yourself, confirm yourself, or what has been and will soon be filed with the SEC. A public PR from Rufus, CSHD, DR. Mensah, The Foundation, or any of the real parties to this merger is the only Real DD left. Anything posted by known liars and their spawn or helpers should be totally disregarded. If it doesn't come from the horses mouth via official channels, it does not count!!
Until you have one or more of these folks sending PR's or SEC filings it is just more of the BS hell created last week. This may be the last of the low buy-ins for CSHD. Stop listening to the screaming bashers and their hoard. Nothing they have said has been relavent or real. Just intense noise to cloud your judgement, that is all they bring to this board. Rational people interested in the stock would not have behaved and acted in the manner that these folks have and continue to do.
You are so caught up in defending and proving lies to be lies that you fail to focus on the known and real. Three weeks or maybe one day and all the true answers will be revealed. Save your energy for the PR's and Filings. Debate the truth for a change.
