Nucor Corporation Announces Cash Dividend

Nucor Corporation announced that it has declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on Nucor's common stock. In addition to the $0.10 per share base dividend amount, Nucor's Board approved the payment of a supplemental dividend of $0.50 per share, for a total dividend of $0.60 per share. This cash dividend is payable on November 10, 2006 to stockholders of record on September 29, 2006
