Thanks for the details you have just given. That in itself is quite an impressive list.

I would like to come back on the question of August, which has been raised by several prominent posters here (flydoc in 643, DVOM in 645 and LongJohn in 652, although stingray is quizzical in 649). Volumes of shares traded (so far today, for example) may be low, simply because many investors and traders are on vacation. That is a separate question from the level of activity at the company itself. Partly from the replies recently given by the Prez (in Ask the Prez), I understand that the company is pressing ahead to achieve its immediate objectives, so I would not be altogether surprised to see a PR before the end of this month. Let's not underestimate the determination and tenacity of management.

On patents: from my personal experience in Europe, and internationally, the examination and comparative review of patent applications can last a long time, well over a year. From what Todd Fromer has told me, I do not believe that any application has been declined so far.
