MR40, I was talking to a lawyer friend of mine a few hours ago who is now 80% retired. I mentioned the Comey notes and said what good are they as they could have been written yesterday.

He said if they were written in pencil you are correct but if written in pen and expert witness can date when the document was written within around 24 hours.

He said he has done this many times during his career.

He reminded me the Obama birth certificate had a expert say the document was created 9 months ago.

I was shocked over the comments dating documents by the ink.
