Was able to buy shares

Not sure why the trading seems to be 'messed up', but I was able to buy a few shares at $3.90.

What does not make sense is that the bid/ask shows $4.95/$4.00 (yes, the bid is higher than the ask) and the last trade as $0.03 in early May 2017, but at least it looks like it is still trading.

Now that I have a few shares, the question is can I get a copy of the latest financial reports, and if so, what condition is the company in?
