Excellent post. In retrospect, I believe that is why they were trying for the RS to clean things up to take this much higher and quite frankly with a better caliber of investors.

This is a gift since we can get in much cheaper than it would have been with a split. My two cents.

Those who were smart enough to load the cheap shares and hold realize that. Simply put take the gift shares.
