Those higher volume days were at PPS higher than today's 6's and 7's. The point about accumulation here is that everyone's in and there are plenty on ask to buy up if wanted. Everyone's sitting in placewoth a few buyers holding out for some weak hands to sell. They'll grab a few shares here and there like they have but there is no one in their right mind selling down here. There should be no shares in ask until we are well above one cent. But by all means let them go cheap.
