The PR is about $TXTM and the respective Phytofare Type-II diabetes human clinical trial, also known as "Clinical Trial on Humans to determine the efficacy of Phytofare(R) for lowering HbA1C levels in II Diabetes patients".

$TXTM is the licensee and $PLPL is the supplier - the business relationship between the two stated companies is made very clear in the PR that I posted..imo
