NYT article on anti-drug antibodies:

It is a problem few patients and doctors have ever heard of; indeed, the phenomenon has not been systematically studied.

I find this statement astonishing. For instance, many hemophiliacs develop antibodies against FXIII or FIX replacement drugs. Also see #msg-129374677.
