how do F and F that do not lend ---- but package and/or guarantee private mortgages ---- displace private LENDING??

answer - they support private lending

what did Mnuchin really mean --- as he knows that F and F do not loan money

is he saying - without saying - that he wants more private guarantee? more private label mortgage backed securities ?

but egad - Mnuchin - please - how does F and F DISPLACE private lending
