Exactly what I said here about two weeks ago when the 5/3 PR came out.

In my opinion I believe there might be more to making Steve McMorrow, the President of Clean 1st LLC, a board member. BLDV already has a 20% holdings in Clean 1st.... Could there be a bigger change in the near future to make it fully under BLDV??? Guess we have to wait and see.
