VMGI has nothing to do with any solar projects at all.
Note that the VMGI CEO now has a gmail email, as Verde Media website got taken away from them.

I also found out that Veve bros don't own/operate any of the installations, they just try to help them get going. Another unrelated LLC actually gets all the benefits and ownership and operation from the installation.

VMGI is dark/defunct.
