NEWS OUT!! Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. completes Acquisition of Cannabis-Clean

So what did they pay for it? And did they pay cash, stock, or a combination? This company seems disinclined to disclose anything that has to do with money. They also say they "purchased" the BLDV shell, but nowhere is there any reference to what the purchase price was.
