While the concern that this could be a fake location is meritable, with the studios available in the complex I believe that it is entirely possible for them to be running a small business out of one of these creative spaces.

In the residential housing business, a "studio" isn't a "creative space". It's a no-bedroom apartment. A single living space with a kitchen area, a larger living/sleeping area, and a bathroom.
