According to IRS rules one cannot deduct a home office unless the area is used "regularly and exclusively" for business purposes only. So if BLDV is being run from the bedroom there can't be any bed, TV, clothes or other personal items there. Also I doubt the condo association knowingly allows a resident to run a public company from one of their condos. They'd probably take a dim view of investors showing up to inspect the "corporate headquarters."
