I am not sure what debt you're talking about?? Unless it is for an acquisition, in that case the shares should be restricted for a year. Based on conversions over the last 60 days, well over a million dollars in debt has been paid (remember conversions took place as high as .008, with a huge number in .004's. Starting about now they should not need toxic financing, their income should be sufficient to cover expenses.
